Description
THIS DESIGN BUILD PROJECT IS POSTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE CONTRACTORS ON THE CURRENT DHS/USCG NATIONAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT II (NMACC II).
The Contractor will provide all supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to restore facilities at USCG Station Panama City in Panama City, FL. The scope of work includes: construction of a new Multi-Functional Building, approximately 33,256 GSF (Gross Square Feet); the restoration of the existing Station Building (9460 GSF), restoration of the Waterfront (approximately 3723 SY., Square Yards); restoration of Site Utilities, restoration of Stormwater Drainage System, and the demolition and disposal of about 14,105 GSF of severely damaged buildings.
This project has one (1) Base Item and (1) Option Item.
Base: Construct New Multi-Function Building; New Boat Storage Building; Demolition Damaged Buildings; and Repair Existing Station Building, Site Utilities, & Stormwater System.
Option 1: Construct New Boat Pier, New Boat Ramp; Replace Mooring Cover, and Demolition of Existing Pier
