Description
Must acknowledge amendment extending RFQ submission date.
1. This solicitiation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code is 541350, Building Inspection Services, Size Standard $11.5 million.
2. Description of Services: The contractor shall perform a complete annual medical gas testing and inspection of the medical oxygen and piping, medical air, nitrous oxide, vacuum and dental systems, and shall provide equipment maintenance and repairs. Work will be performed at the Spokane VA Medical Center, 4814 N. Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205.
3. Period of Perfomance: Base + four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month
extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is approximately 10 September 2024.
