Description
This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR 5.203. The purpose of this notice is to synopsize the Government’s intent to negotiate a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level-of-Effort (LOE) and award a sole-source bridge contract with Imagine One Technology & Management, LTD, located 47332 Thomas Rowe Lane, Lexington Park, MD 20653-2646. The Government intends to issue a solicitation to provide uninterrupted support to the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) program, including engineering support in the areas of information technology life cycle planning, operations and sustainment, documentation, program management, application technical refresh, testing, training, and deployment. These efforts are required to ensure the successful development, deployment, implementation, sustainment and operation of the NMMES program managed by NAVSEA’s Digital Industrial Operations (DIO) in SEA 03D3. Future technological refreshment efforts will include shifting these systems to GovCloud Environment. The Government’s minimum needs have been verified by the technical and requirements personnel. The anticipated procurement will include a base period of performance of April 1, 2025 to August 25, 2025 and one (1) option period of August 26, 2025 to December 22, 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition is based on 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
