Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Dam Safety Instrumentation Equipment to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the New England District.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Supply and deliver instrumentation equipment and related services for the New England District (NAE) with automated Dam Safety Monitoring Program(s) in the New England Region. Equipment consists of data loggers, wireless radios, vibrating wire controllers, multiplexers (terminal boards), l0W & 30W solar panels, and vibrating wire sensors with specified cable lengths to measure pressure, flow, movement, and inclination (tilt) in NAE Dams with specified cable lengths. Equipment repairs shall be sent back to the manufacturer as needed.
In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA.
The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 60 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost.
Interested vendors are notified that the Government's intent is to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 334516 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
