Description
BLM-CO ENCLOSED CARGO TRAILER
This is a combined synopsis / solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services for (1) Enclosed Cargo Trailer in accordance with the following specifications:
Minimum of 16 feet of deck length
Minimum of 8.5 feet width
Minimum of 84 inches of door height
Minimum GVWR of 10,000lbs
Dual Axel
Electric brakes on both axels
Brake system must also have the ability to test the battery status of the trailer battery that engages the brakes
Tongue Pull
Single door in the rear that acts as the ramp
Minimum one side entry door
LED Lights
Spare Tire
Four anchor points manufacture installed in the floor

Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration www.sam.gov
2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery
3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item
4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures
5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS - 333924 - Size Standard 750 employees
6. Award Basis - Low Price Technically Acceptable

1. Signed SF-1449 with all your info and price filled out.
2. Technical response data sheet showing how your product meets specifications.
3. Email the above items to the POC no later than the closing date.
