Building 730 Interior Demolition

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-22-B-0007, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Bliss, Texas.

General Information: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, performance/payment bonds and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The project consists ofthe demolition of the interior of building 730 at Fort Bliss, TX. Demolition will consist of all mechanical/architectural/electrical to include systems and appurtenances that are no longer useable.  Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 150 calendar days after contract award has been issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 (Size Standard $16.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000.
