Description

The United States Coast Guard is requesting potential sources for a Special Purpose Craft – Tactical Training Boat (SPC-TTB II) with the specifications in the attached Preliminary Requirements documents.

The Coast Guard operates six 25-foot twin outboard center console boats that are used for tactical training of boat crews at the USCG Special Missions Training Center (SMTC) in Camp Lejeune, NC. These boats were built in 2005 and are in need of replacement. The primary purpose of these boast are to conduct tactical maneuvers to simulate an opposition force that the Coast Guard might encounter when protecting high value assets. A high degree of maneuverability and safety for the crew is required.
