**Amendment 02**
A site visit will be held Friday 17 June 2022, at 09:00 AM Local Arizona time. Luke AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID. Anyone who does not have the necessary identification to enter the base must make arrangmeents with 56 Contracting Squadron to be vouched onto base. Contact Amn Richard Jimenez at richard.jimenez.11@us.af.mil or 623-856-2737 to coordinate sponsorship on base prior to the site visit.

**Amendment 01**
This amendment is to incorporate all RFIs submitted in response to this solicitation. See RFI log and attached photos, layout and drawings. All other terms and conditions remain the same
The vendor shall provide a turn-key solution, labor to design, engineer, procure, program and integrate a video teleconferencing and audiovisual system using modern state-of-the-art technology. This system will operate utilizing classified and unclassified domains using a dual codec configuration. Due to the nature of the room and high usage for classified and unclassified meetings, back to back meetings occur with different classifications. Therefore the periods processing system, requiring 8-10 minutes of switching classifications, is not ideal for a Wing commander. A Digital Media Switcher must be used to support fiber isolation switching with audio, video and control for a dual classification environment IAW AFSSI 7702. Integration must be modularly engineered for easy replacement due to upgrade or failure. All cabling, wiring and connectors etc. shall be replaced new. Cable management is a priority and as such all exposed cabling must present a professional and aesthetic appearance. All equipment components shall meet at least the industrial level of quality defined below and must provide quality and durability for constant use. (See Attached Statement Of Work)
