Description

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Publish Questions and Answers.  
2) Revise the Statement of Work (SOW)
3) Revise Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors
4) Revise Attachment 1: ECAT Loader

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Europe and Africa has a new requirement to establish one or more Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for various brand-name laboratory reagents with delivery to the United States Army Medical Center- Southwest Asia (USAMMC-SWA). The contract(s) will support USAMMC-SWA’s customer demand for reagents, controls, and test kits for analyzers in use at various locations. The term of the contract(s) awarded from this solicitation will be a 5-year ordering period. The minimum value of resulting contract(s) is $1,000.00. The Maximum Dollar Value for each contract will be established by the Government prior to award of a contract. This solicitation does not include purchase of equipment or incidental services. This Request for Proposals (RFQ) is unrestricted and conducted under procedures at FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The applicable NAICS code is 325413 – In Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with the small Business size standard of 1250 Employees.
