Description
The contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price, Commercial contract, utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for a HOTTINGER BRUEL & KJAER MODEL EXCITER AND FORCE TRANSDUCERS. on behalf of the United States Naval Academy. A complete package will be available on about 19 September 2022, by downloading the documents at SAM.gov Websites as Follows: https://www.beta.SAM.gov. DO NOT USE THE "SUBMIT BID" BUTTON ON SAM.GOV TO SUBMIT YOUR QUOTE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335312; the Business Standard Size is 1,000 employees. HUBZone Evaluation Preference Applies. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer,k the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contraqcts form any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent ground for refusing to accept the ofer.
