Description

SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) 1. Base Bid: This project consists of painting the interior and exterior walls of the lower arcade of the Domiciliary complex as shown on the construction drawing. The areas to be painted is approximately 7,000 square feet. 2. Deduct Alternate 1: consists of all work in the base bid minus the painting of the exterior walls. The area to be painted under Deduct Alternate 1 is approximately 3,500 square feet.
