6/13/2024 - Posting Amendment 0001 that extends the due date to July 11, 2024.

Posting the solicitation for janitoiral services for FLETC, Glynco (Brunswick), GA.  

All coorespondance SHALL include the solicitaiton number in the subject line of emails.

The attached solicitation provides dates of site visit and when bids are due. Along with other specifics. 

This solicitation is a IFB.

This acquisition is 100% set aside for 8(a).

This will be a performance based scope of work for janitorial services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco (Brunswick), GA campus.  The contractor shall provide janitoiral services to assigned areas of responsibility within scheduled hours of operation.  Services include but are not limited to disinfecting and complete removal of dirt, dust, foreign debris, streaks, mold, mildew, spills, stains, cobwebs, swirl marks, scuff marks, odor, rubbish, impurities and all trash.  The contractor shall provide cleaning services for the buildings listed to include doors, floors, walls, trim, woodwork, handrails, stair rails, stairways, banisters, baseboards, partitions, window screens, window blinds, counter tops, shelves, windows, light fixtures, desks, tables, podiums, file cabinets, bookcases, cubicle dividers, lockers, supply and return air grills, ceiling fans, wall mounted fans, and all flat surfaces.  The contractor shall clean all glass and mirror surfaces.
