Description
Amendment 0001 to Solicitation is posted.
The purpose of this amendment is to:
a. Extend Solicitation Due Date until 22 November 2024; 11:00 AM,
b. All other ter ms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same.
409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for the procurement of services for Railroad Tracks, Switches and Signals Inspections within the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria, Grafenwoehr and Vilseck. A firm fixed price (FFP) Requirements Type Contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website. System for Award Management (SAM) Registration is required in order for an offeror to receive a Government contract, as such, interested offerors are highly encouraged to register. For more information on this requirement, please visit https://www.sam.gov. If you were registered in CCR and ORCA, your organization’s information is already in SAM. However, you are required to set up a SAM Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS and all associated documentation are provided with this solicitation.
The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 January 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with two (2) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).
FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS MUST: complete the entire solicitation document, to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov.
