The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Quarterly Solicitation for Milk and Butter at FCI Texarkana.

1. Dairy, Milk, Pasteurized, Nonfat, Skim, or Fat Free, No Flavor. (CID A-A-20338A, Group I, Type D, Flavor 5 - No Flavor, Packaging size c or d, Agricultural practice (1)). ½ pint containers.
2. Dairy, Milk, Pasteurized, Nonfat, Skim, or Fat Free, No Flavor. (CID A-A-20338A, Group I, Type D, Flavor 5 - No Flavor, Packaging size j, Agricultural practice (1)). 5 Gallon Containers for Milk Dispenser.
3. BUTTER, Bulk (Made exclusively from milk or cream or both, with or without common salt, and with or without additional coloring matter, and containing not less than 80 percent by weight of milkfat). U.S. Grade AA, A, or B. As defined in 7 CFR 58.2621-2627. State case size and pack on bid.

A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine the interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement.
