Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION regarding market capabilities for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses who are interested in the opportunity and willing to provide an estimate. Please submit your socioeconomic status and CAGE code WITH ANY RESPONSE.
The Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using FAR part 12 and Part 13 procedures.
Services Needed: Establish a Senior Cadet Leadership Course for 240 Marine Corps JROTC Cadets
CONTRACTOR SHALL/MUST:
-Provide facilities, lodging, logistical support, meals, training areas, and training activities for 240 JROTC cadets over this SLC training cycle. The cycle will be run at two separate intervals with each interval supporting 120 Cadets. Camp One is 13-19 July 2024 and Camp Two is 16-22 July 2024
-Provide billeting for cadets in a dorm style building. Beds and linen are required for everyone. Billeting must provide adequate bathroom facilities to include clean, working showers and sinks with hot and cold running water, toilets or toilets with urinals with running water. Shower curtains or some other form of shower barrier is required.
- Provide 4432 meals for cadets & Cadre during the training cycle by the date and quantity listed. Meals and beverages shall be based on contractor’s establish menu cycle and shall include at a minimum; a primary entrée with a vegetarian substitute (protein), three side dish options (vegetables and starches), fruit (breakfast), salad (lunch and dinner), bread (breakfast and dinner), dessert (dinner), and a minimum of two beverage options at each meal. The contractor shall provide a menu for each meal. The menu shall be coordinated with the Government POC not later than 72 hours prior to the event and any changes agreed upon at that time.
- The contractor will develop a 6-day (50 hour) course of instruction that is based on the development of MCJROTC cadet senior leadership (Leadership Education Three and Four). This course shall develop the cadets understanding of all the programs functional areas that support the daily operation of a MCJROTC program that is within the host institutions.
-A nurse will be on duty 24 hours a day during all times students are present.
-All instructional and support staff must have background investigation and be approved to work with children aged 13-18.
-The instructional staff and cadre staff must have experience as Marine Corps JROTC instructors.
-Female instructional staff must always be present during the period of performance.
