The USDA, Forest Service, National Forests in Florida has an anticipated services requirement to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Timber Support for various Forest Service locations throughout the State of Florida.  Work to be covered under the resultant awards will include, but not limited to, perform Timber Sale Preparation and Common Stand Exam Services to include, but not limited to Unit Layout, Unit Boundary Designation, Area Determination, Cruise Design and Plan, Timber Cruising, Designation (Tree Marking) Cut or Leave Trees, and Common Stand Exams (CSE) Data Collection.  The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits and licensing necessary.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 115310 for Forestry $8.00Mil and the Primary Service Code (PSC) is F099 NATURAL RESOURCES/CONSERVATION.  This upcoming solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. 

The resultant BPA(s) ordering period will be for 5-Years (60 months) from date of award.

The intent of the upcoming procurement will be to award multiple BPAs under which each BPA Call will be competed therefore, pricing will be provided at the BPA Call level.  The Basis for award will be technical capability and evaluation of commercial items will be listed in Solicitation Provisions, Evaluations Factors for Award in the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP).  To be awarded this BPA and subsequent BPA Calls, all Contractors MUST be active in SAM at the time solicitations are due as prescribed in FAR 52.204-7.
