THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ATTACHED REQUIREMENT.

Please review the attached ** Salient Characteristics-ADB Airfield Lighting-19Mar24** and "Airfield Sign Replacement Specifications" for this requirement in full. The Salient Characteristics document been edited from prior sources sought posting based on feedback received.

ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION.

This source sought is seeking interest from vendors who can provide custom made Airside Solutions Inc. airfield lighting signs that meet the attached salient characteristics or an equivalent that will be an exact match for the listed salient characteristics and schematic to ensure this asset is compatible to existing airfield lighting system for the safety of the aircraft and pilots landing on the airfield the lighting must visually match the assets in place.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is  335132 - COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, AND INSTITUTIONAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING FIXTURE MANUFACTURING

All interested parties are invited to provide the below listed information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners.

At a minimum, a capabilities package shall include the following:

1 . Capability statement which shall state skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform this type of work.

Include the following information within the statement:

2. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number, email address,

website, and CAGE Code.

3. Company's business size and/or socioeconomic status (i.e. Small Business, SBA Certified 8A Program Participant, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Woman‐Owned Small Business).

4. A positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract as a prime contractor.

5. Offeror's Joint Venture, Partnering Agreement, or Mentor‐Protégé information if applicable ‐ existing and potential.

6. A listing of any government contracts your company held as the primary contractor over the last three (3) years.

7. What are the most critical criteria that would distinguish your company's capabilities from another? Explain.
