Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is soliciting quotes for professional services in support of the occupational health program at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) in Manhattan, KS. See attached Solicitation12639522Q0200 for details.
Services involve on-site occupational medical examinations by a mid-level provider (20 hours per week), after hours mid-level provider telephonic consultation, Competent Medical Authority (CMA)/Physician consultation services, and offsite radiological tests.
NOTE: An organized site visit has been scheduled at NBAF on July 13, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Advance registration is required no later than July 8. See the solicitation (page 8) for registration instructions and details.
The appropriate NAICS code for this requirement is 621111 with a small business size standard of $14.0M. This solicitation is Unrestrictive. The Government contemplates a commercial firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite delivery (IDIQ) type contract with a base and four option years.
