The U.S. Government intends to exercise a lease renewal clause using other than full and open competition for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in McAllen, TX at the McAllen International Airport. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.
