Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source requirement under the authority at FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source" and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Contractor shall provide the following Versatile Diagnostic Automated Test Station (VDATS) Component

Delivery is FOB Destination

Delivery is 6 months after date of award
