Solicitation N6852023Q0065 issued as a synopsis/solicitation.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on the lowest price basis to the responsible offeror capable of performing the requirements under the authority of FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.  Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.

Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law.  Please complete certification and provide with your offer

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This is a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 4:00 PM, August 23, 2023 will be considered by the Government. Delivery must be completed within 365 days of contract award. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All interested vendor MUST submit proposals and provide authorized distributor certificate. Vendor agrees with the clauses in section G. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
