THIS PROJECT IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), BEST VALUE TRADEOFF SOLICITATION.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK (Physical Characteristics): Construct 153,747 SF of Modeling Analysis Computing Exploitation Labs (MACE Labs) and administrative space as part of the Advanced Analysis Complex (AAC) for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), Redstone Arsenal, AL. This facility will house analysis labs, computer laboratories, data center, administrative space, training space, and support space.
Work includes building information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, access control, intrusion detection, Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS), sustainability, energy enhancement measures, and access for persons with disabilities. Supporting facilities include site development, grading, parking, utilities, lighting, paving, walks, curbs, storm drainage, landscaping, signage, physical security, and AT/FP.

Other forms of communicating RFIs to the Government will not be honored. The Government will try to respond to all questions. However, responses may not be furnished to all questions and particularly those received late in the advertisement period (0-10 days prior to bid opening.)
