Description
The Coronado National Forest, Safford Ranger District has a requirement for a Contractor to furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to clean out three watershed stock tanks. These stock tanks have been filled with sediment and ash from watersheds. These tanks need sediment removal and dike repair to bring them back to their original water storage potential. The work to be completed will be to remove sediment from the stock tanks without jeopardizing their integrity and to maintain or repair dams or spillways damaged due to increased sediment transport. This project is located on the Safford Ranger District in Graham County, Arizona.
Project Location: The project is located in the southwest portion of the Santa Teresa Mountains.

This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 237990- Other
Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction- ($39.5M Average Annual Receipts. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award.
Period of Performance for this requirement is 365 Days from Notice to Proceed.
Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than March 31, 2023 at 1:00 PM Mountain Standard time. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time.
To avoid rejection of an offer, the offeror must make every effort to ensure its electronic submission is virus-free. Quotes, or portions thereof, submitted with the presence of a virus or which are otherwise unreadable will be treated as unreadable pursuant to FAR 15.207(c).
All questions shall be submitted no later than March 27, 2023 at 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
