Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 3 Page 1 of 5 The Sources Sought Notice is a synopsis posted by an agency that states they are seeking possible sources for a project. This notice shall be used when determining the availability of commercial sources under the procedures prescribed in FAR 7.3 and OMB Circular A-76. This is a Sources Sought only. The Department of the Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to identify companies capable of servicing the Restroom Chemical Drip Systems. The toilet bowls and urinals require additional cleaning and sanitizing due to the amount of usage and buildup of uric acid and require monthly servicing. The scheduled monthly service shall be designed to proactively address the additional cleaning to maintain the VASNHS restroom fixtures in a high state of cleanliness. It is anticipated that the period of performance will begin on or around May1,2022. The period of performance will consist of one year base period with 4 option years. There is no solicitation document currently. The NAICS is 238290 Small Business size of $16.5Million. Please ensure that System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement. SDVOSB/VOSB status will be verified using VetBiz. Capability statements that include the following: Identify geographical areas your company currently services. Indicate prior experience for same/similar service in the VA North Las Vegas geographical areas, or other densely populated areas of a similar size. If the experience is through government contract, please identify the contract number. Identify generally what administrative resources your organization has in the areas identified. For example, identify offices located in the identified region. Explain how your organization can rapidly fill the required positions described in the Performance Work Statement. Please provide pricing for market research purposes for the positions described at the various locations. Ensure the pricing information includes the regular hourly rate, overtime rates, and holiday rates.
