Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes, as part of a market survey on potential sources and emerging technologies in support of development of requirements and acquisition strategy for a Ground Based Radio Frequency Emulator used to obfuscate the radio frequency spectrum. A copy of the draft Ground Based Radio Frequency Emulator requirements and Ground Based Radio Frequency Emulator questions will be provided through Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) upon request. All requests for the draft requirements must be made no later than 19 JAN 2024.
