Education Specialist

AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (FAR 52.232-19)

The Government intends to award for this service; HOWEVER, FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

The solicitation for this procurement is FA483023Q0081 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation. The above mentioned number shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.

This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS) Change 4/27/2023 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) Change  05/08/2023.

This acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a).

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 611710 with a size standard of $24.0 million.

The purpose of this solicitations for the purchase and delivery of Education Specialist Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The bid schedule and contract CLIN schedule are below:

FOB Point: Destination (Moody AFB, GA.)

Period of Performance:

Base Period: 01 November 2023 through 31 October 2024

Option 1: 01 November 2024 through 31 October 2025

Option 2: 01 November 2025 through 31 October 2026

Option 3: 01 November 2026 through 31 October 2027

Option 4: 01 November 2027 through 31 October 2028
