The U.S. Consulate General, Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation for the “Supply and installation of underground diesel tank at Consulate Office building”, as described in the attached solicitation documents.

• Registration for site visit: Tuesday, August 27, 2024 by 12:00 noon (IST) to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov

• Mandatory site visit with vendors: Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 03:00 p.m. (IST) at the U.S. Consulate General Chennai located at No. 220, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 006.

• Deadline to submit technical queries: Friday, August 30, 2024 by 03:00 p.m. (IST) to EscobarTA@state.gov with cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov

• Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Friday, September 06, 2024 at 03:00 p.m. (IST) to EscobarTA@state.gov with cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov

• Vendor must have service support availability in Chennai, India [Mandatory].
• Overseas vendors intending to participate in this bid must provide documents in support of their claim of available service support, with past performance details in Chennai. Failure of submission will result in decline of Quote.
