Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

There are several due dates throughout the RFP process. Read the instructions to offerors 52.212-1  carefully. 

The Government intends to award an Advisory & Assistance, multi-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with the ability to award Firm Fixed Price task orders with a five year ordering period. The ceiling is $3.75B AFSTS will consist of two (2) Tiers. Within the multi-award IDIQ structure for AFSTS, the Government intends to award to each and all Technically Acceptable vendors that submit a proposal in Tier 1 and each and all Technically Acceptable vendors that submit a proposal in Tier 2. 

The purpose of this IDIQ is to obtain Contractor support to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and Professional Services to support the Department Air Force (DAF), Department of Defense (DoD), and Federal Agencies in managing and improving Strategic Transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.
