Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program Office (PMA-226) Contracted Air Services (CAS) program requests proposals for Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) Electronic Warfare (EW) Jet aircraft services (N00421-24-R-0003). This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with firm, fixed price and cost type contract line items (CLINs) for a four (4) year 364 day ordering period. Alternate POC: David Silverstone, david.s.silverstone.civ@us.navy.mil.NOTE: A CAS EW Jet Technical Library is available to all Offerors intending to propose as a Prime Offeror. Please provide request for access to the Technical Library to the above POCs. Also, Offerors may submit comments or questions using the attached Offeror Q and A Form electronically to the above POCs no later than 24 October 2023.
