LOCAL MOVES AND RELATED SERVICES THROUGHOUT

The Solicitation W912C324Q0001 is for Local Move and Services Throughout Puerto Rico.

The contractor shall provide labor,equipment, tools, materials, supplies,transportation, management, supervision, all insurance, and all necessary effort to perform services.This requirement is for the award of a single BPA for Local Moves and Related Services throughout Puerto Rico Island, Vieques and Culebra. There is no funding on the Master BPA. Funding will be allocated on individual orders. The purpose of this contract is to provide personal property local move services to military and civilian personnel requiring/authorized local moves. A local move involves HHG drayage, storage (when approved), or shipment for a short distance between residences; to/from non-temporary storage facility in the area of the member's/employee permanent duty station. 

The solicitation will close on 18 March 2024; 10:00 am unless amended via an amendment.

It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price agreement.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 484210, Used Household and Office Goods Moving. The size standard is $34M. 

No Hard copies of the RFQ will be furnished. 

It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually view the website for solicitation and any amendments issued. Vendors interested in doing business with the Government shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.sam.gov and have an active account. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement.

Vendors shall also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete via their SAM registration. Vendors are also responsible for reading the solicitation in its entirety to ensure all requested pricing associated with the work, price breakdown and any other information or documentation is submitted with their offer. Any Amendments shall be signed and submitted with the offer may render your offer not eligible for consideration for award. The Offeror shall be submitted to the place indicated in the solicitation (or as amended) before the date and time indicated in the solicitation. Failure to do so may render your offer “late” and not eligible for consideration for award.
