Work to be performed under the JOC include a variety of projects including, but not limited to, maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving, earthwork and historical preservation/restoration within the United States Capitol Complex and outlying sites.
Outlying sites include off-site facilities in the District of Columbia and in Virginia and Maryland such as climate control book storage facilities, data centers, security training facilities, child care centers and mail facilities. Work may involve design/build projects as well as new construction of buildings or facilities to include some or all the above elements of work.

Please request "Non-Disclosure Agreement for Contract Employees (Sensitive but Unclassified Info)” to view the Sample Project.

The AOC continues to work on responses to the RFIs and will post once complete. Prior to posting the amendment for the RFI responses, the AOC will assess again whether an additional proposal due date extension is needed.

The AOC anticipates a forthcoming amendment including the RFI responses.

Design/ Build will be added to the scope in a subsequent amendment. The Statement of Work and Sections L & M are being revised to include Design/ Build. The subconsultant spreadsheet, "Subconsultant List (draft)",  is attached for information purposes only and may be revised when the Design/ Build scope is posted.
