This posting is an update to the RFP FA8823-23-R-0003, GBS TRANSPORTABLE GROUND RECEIVE SUITE (TGRS) PRODUCTION AND SUSTAINMENT.  The only updates to the RFP are as listed below.  No other updates are made to the RFP.

Clause B101 is added to Section B, OTHER CONTRACT CLAUSES IN FULL TEXT.  

 Added B101  CONTRACT MAXIMUM AND CONTRACT MINIMUM GUARANTEE  (NOV 2021)       

(a)   The maximum amount of this contract shall not exceed $49,000,000.00, which represents the 
maximum value of business opportunity available under the TGRS IDIQ contract.

(b)   Upon award of the TGRS IDIQ contract, an initial task/delivery order will be awarded to 
satisfy the minimum amount for this contract, which is $500.00. The exercise of any option period 
shall not re-act minimum amounts.
 

Section L, para 2.1 proposal submission time is revised to read "no later than 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST), 21 Nov 2022."
