Warrior's Edge Workshop Training

The purpose of this effort is to provide a Human Performance and Leadership training program to 28 Bomb Wing personnel to meet the needs expressed through our DEOCS survey.  Repeated exposure to stressful environments leaves many military and DoD civilians at risk for suboptimal performance, thus creating an environment for maladaptive copying mechanisms, compromised performance abilities, and a potential increase in anxiety, depression, suicide, domestic violence, and substance abuse. 

Scientifically researched and evidence-based mindset skills can fill a vital training gap and function as mental pre-habilitation in preparation for physical and mental stressors.  A mental skills training program enables individuals to command their thoughts under stress, both on and off the job, and thereby reducing psychological and emotional trauma.

The Contractor shall provide an elite high-performance mindset training course geared towards personnel who operate in a high-stress environment.  Training will focus on building wellness, performance, and mental strength through developing mental pre-hab skills and teaching the 16 principles of mindset.  Effort to include an 8-hr in-person workshops.  The workshop will train the mind to lean toward positive coping during adversity and challenge, as opposed to maladaptive coping. The Contractor must facilitate in or around Ellsworth AFB, SD and provide travel and prep costs for facilitators.
