The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to make award on a sole source basis per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) with Baxter Healthcare Corporation for the provision of Peritoneal Dialysis Solutions and Supplies. The items will be provided to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, located at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price.
