General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:
The warehouse location must have storage bays with
roll-up doors that allow “drive-in” capabilities at grade
for trucks and trailers. The warehouse and the
proposed site must be able to accommodate a 60’
tractor trailer without blocking further vehicle access,
including turn radius, direct access to the property,
and means of exiting and entering. Two 12’ wide by
14’ tall (minimum) rollup doors shall be provided to
allow vehicles to enter and exit. The building shall be
required to be climate controlled (Heating and
Cooling), provide 30-100 amp electrical, and
protected with an automatic fire suppression system
throughout. The building shall be a one-story
warehouse preferably of masonry construction (brick
or concrete). Facilities with crawl spaces or attics will
not be considered.
The offered premises must be within the defined delineated area referenced above and must
meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (Architectural Barriers Act
Accessibility Standard), seismic and sustainability (Environmental Independent Security Act)
standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
Offered space shall not be in the 100 flood-plain.
