Intent to Award Brand Name Contract

This is a notice of intent to award a Brand Name contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

 The PSC code is 7H20 and the NAICS code is 513210 with a size standard of $47,000,000.

The previous contract expired, new contract out for bid and only one company responded to solicitation number W911SD24R0026.

The Government intends to award a single Firm, Fixed -Price brand name contract to

 Prenax, Inc. This a renew online subscription fees to access the digital

Optica Publishing Group subscription platform "2024 E-Combination 1" and its journal

content through Prenax Inc.
