Description

Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Intepros Federal Incorporated, 400 5th Avenue, Suite 340, Waltham, Massachusetts 02451, for Balanced Scorecard Nine Steps to Success™ methodology training program for the Office of Strategy, Policy and Plans (OSPP). Within CISA, the OSPP promotes integration of policy and strategy across all CISA's mission areas. OSPP is responsible for advancing new ideas in carrying out the organization’s mission to reduce cyber and physical risks to critical infrastructure, including development of Agency level policies and directives, guiding organizational performance, and leading strategic planning efforts for the Agency. The Strategy Sub-division leads CISA’s efforts to train and facilitate the development of the strategic planning efforts across the agency.

CISA requires a contactor to provide a complete commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), Balanced Scorecard Nine Steps to Success™ methodology training program and supported services for the OSPP Division.  Sole source justification included in the attachments.

This proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5 entitled, “Authorized or required by statute” and in accordance with FAR 19.1406 entitled, “Sole source awards.”  This is a "Notice of Intent" and not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Interested parties that feel they can provide the services may respond to the point of contact listed in this notice no later than 12:00 PM EDT on September 6, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
