Description
See attached RFI for more details
PBGC's Information Center possesses a critical need to procure in-depth legal publications that provide agency attorneys with the ability to conduct legal research specifically on the topics of bankruptcy and to maintain ERISA compliance. These subscriptions are necessary to reduce risk to the agency and meet the agency’s mission of protecting the retirement incomes of American workers in private sector defined benefit pension plans. PBGC requires access to a list of in-depth legal publications that can be offered in a digital format and also provide individual login credentialing that can be accessed by agency personnel.
