Description
Amendment A0003: The purpose of this amendment is as follows: (1) Respond to questions, (2) revise Part I – The Schedule, B-Supplies or Services and Price/Costs, (3) revise Attachment J-4, Government Furnished Property, and (4) revise Attachment J-7, Pricing Table.
Amendment A0002: The solicitation due date is EXTENDED to May 31, 2024.
This is a Request for Quote from the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in
support of CSOSA's Vocational & Life Skills Training (Music Industry Course) to be conducted a various
CSOSA locations within the Washington D.C area. This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and does not
commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Music Industry Course shall
introduce students to skills relevant to music creation, recording, performing, and production that
students can use to seek, find, and maintain employment. The Music Industry Course shall consist of 9
classes of up to 20 students in each class. Each class shall consist of 17 group sessions, delivered one
time per week, with each group session consisting of no less than 2 hours. The group sessions will
take place once per week for 17 consecutive weeks, which will result in 153 total sessions to be
delivered during each 12 months of performance. The RFQ will be advertised as a total Small Business
set aside under NAICS code 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction. The resultant
contract is anticipated to be a total of five years (one-year base period plus 4 one-year option periods).
CSOSA will not issue hard copies of the solicitation. All responsible quoters are
invited to submit a response. The quoter whose submission represents the best value to the
Government shall be selected for award. Amending Attachment J-6.
