Expand Existing Restrooms

The purpose of this Design Build effort is to renovate the existing mens and womens restrooms at Kirtland Air Force Base Bldg. 20204. The renovation shall expand restroom capacity, enhancing the facilities, and improve the overall functionality of the existing restrooms. Design includes, but is not limited to providing the services of all the licensed design professionals in the disciplines required to produce the drawings, specifications, design analysis, estimate and schedule which shall describe the project in strict accordance with the requirements outlined in Section 3 of the Statement of Work. Construction includes, but is not limited to, the following conducting field verification, provide all licenses, permits, labor, tools, equipment, means and methods required to design and construct the project in strict accordance with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
