The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for Catholic Clergy ON A AS NEEDED BASES at West Point, NY.

Period of Performance. The period of performance shall be for one 12-month base year and four (1) 12-month option period.

Base Year                                             29 September 2022 thru 28 September 2023

Option Year I                                        29 September 2023 thru 28 September 2024

Option Year II                                      29 September 2024 thru 28 September 2025

Option Year III                                     29 September 2025 thru 28 September 2026

Option Year IV                                     29 September 2026 thru 28 September 2027

This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 813110- ‘Religious Organizations, size standard is $8.0 mil and FSC/PSC of G002.

In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.

Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are both current and valid.

Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern.
