Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to Combined Systems, for 2000 rounds of Flare Bang, 12-Gauge 150 meter ammunition.  Delivery will be made within sixty days from date of award.

The Flare Bang is utilized in all Small Boat Interdiction Program (SBIP) encounters. This essential piece of equipment is necessary as a warning shot, in order to meet all of the agency’s policies and procedures under the program. Combined Systems is the only vendor of the approved Flare Bang round used by CBP Air and Marine Operations SBIP operations. Combined Technology Systems is the only vendor on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Authorized Equipment List (AEL) that is put out by Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance (LESC).
