Description

Single Source Acquisition for Digital Interoperability (DI) Kits.

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a single source purchase order for the following DI Kits to Kranze Technology Solutions, Inc. The required items/services to be purchased are:

Digital Interoperability Kit – 4 FW FOS, Part No. 0614-K000701-567

Digital Interoperability Kit – 4 FW CL, Part No. 0614-K000701-568

Digital Interoperability Kit – 4 FW Smalls, Part No. 0614-K000701-569

APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: 

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 6.305(b)(7), Sole source awards under the WOSB Program, 15 U.S.C. 637(m). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 23 May 2023 10:00 A.M EDT.
