Description

This announcement constitutes a Request for Information (RFI) for informational and planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information requested will be used
within United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) as market research to facilitate decision making (e.g., determining acquisition strategy, small business concerns) and will not be disclosed outside the Government. Proprietary information submitted shall be appropriately marked. Please note that USTRANSCOM will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI or attending the virtual meetings.


USTRANSCOM highly encourages responses from capable businesses of all sizes; large and small business concerns, to include all socioeconomic categories.

USTRANSCOM is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals for this requirement. This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any type by the Government. The Integrated Data Environment (IDE) and Global Transportation Network (GTN) Convergence (IGC) Program is seeking information from system integrators to provide information concerning support for the current operation and maintenance of the As Is system, support to migrate the As Is system, as-a-service, to a cloud environment, and support enhancements. 

A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been attached for your reference. The Government seeks comments from industry regarding the draft PWS in order to clarify any ambiguities.
