AV Gas 100L Airshow Fuel

Dyess AFB will be conducting an Air Show 22 April, 2023, with a mandatory practice day 21 April, 2023. This Air Show will require a refueling truck and 100LL AVGas. The 100LL AVGas must meet quality requirements in accordance with commercial aviation standards, as the Government does not have the capability to test this type of fuel at Dyess AFB. 

A total of 5,000 gallonsof 100LL AVGas and a 750-gallon loader truck will be required to be transported to Dyess AFB to assist infueling aircrafts for the Dyess AFB Air Show from 21-22 April 2023.The vendor will be in place ready tofuel at 0800 on 21 April 2023.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

By signing this document (RFQ, page 2) the company agrees that they can and will, if selected, deliver 5500 gallons of 100LL AVGas to Dyess AFB, TX on the specified dates IAW the SOW.  Submitting a signature below is mandatory in order to be considered by The Government for award.

Deadline for receipt of offers: 1 March 2023, 10:00 a.m. (CST).  All quotes can be emailed to kasey.hutton.1@us.af.mil.

Evaluation of Offers: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on lowest price of items that are found to be technically acceptable. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the salient characteristics in the DESCRIPTION column below that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.

****Amendment 1****  Original SOW and RFQ removed and replaced with new SOW and RFQ to reflect the new amount of fuel requested.  The Government now requests 5000 gallons of 100LL AVgas. No further changes were made.

****Amendment 2**** The solicitation will be extended to 13 March 2022 at 0900.
