Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking information to foster competition and to identify companies that possess the interest, technical capability, facilities/equipment, and qualifications to provide the below listed software licenses:

CLIN 0001: One (1) Vibrant Technology Inc. MEscope VT-550 Visual Modal Pro, USB License

CLIN 0002: One (1) Dynamic Design Solutions FEMtools Model Updating, Local Network License

CLIN 0003: One (1) ABACUS Interface & Driver, Local Network License

THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to maximize competition and enable to Government to identify companies that are capable of providing the products described herein, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 – Software Publishers. The small business size standard is $41,500,000.00. This Sources Sought is looking to identify all interested potential Offerors and receive feedback, in the interest of promoting competition.

It is requested that all interested businesses submit quotes to Franklin Patton, Contract Specialist, at franklin.k.patton2.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 1400 EST 11 May 2022. Feedback on promoting competition is desired, not required, to respond to this Sources Sought.
