This notice is a market research tool used to obtain information only and to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide services as specified below. The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office is performing this market research to aid in the development of its acquisition approach.

This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The MOARNG Army Band requires the musical equipment items listed in the attachment "B8 - Draft Purchase Description" to build a public address system. The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide these supplies in accordance with the attached B8 - Draft Purchase Description.

The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 5831 Intercommunication and Public Address Systems, Airborne.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this sources sought by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to supply the products listed in the draft Purchase Description. The due date/time for responses to this sources sought notice is no later than 20 July 2022 at 1:00 pm Central Daylight Time to the Contract Specialist, Stephen Miller, via email at stephen.j.miller1.civ@army.mil and Craig Lueckenotto, Contracting Officer, at craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@army.mil.

A. COMPANY PROFILE. To include: (1) Company name and address; (2) name of point of contact (including telephone and email address); (3) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and/or CAGE Code; and (4) confirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov).

B. Please provide vendor capabilities, availability, and estimated delivery schedule to fully supply the name brand products listed in the Draft Purchase Description, which the government plans to integrate into a public address system.
