Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source of computer component of this package sole sourced to the following manufactures:

*Arista, 5453 Great Amercia Parkway, Santa Clara, CA. 95054.

*Quantum, 800 Park Ave. W., Mansfield, OH. 44906.

*Mellanox, 350 Oakmead Parkwy, #100, Sunnyvale, CA. 94089

*PAC Storage, 27141 Aliso Creek Rd. Ste. 225, Aliso Viejo, CA. 92656

With full and open to their authorized distributors on a competition basis. Distributors must include documentation of authorized Distributorship. See Section C for complete list of parts and their MFG part numbers.   Complete details will be available in the solicitation. Respond to Beth Exzabe, by email to Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil  Quotations are via email. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) for N6893622Q0068 will be posted on the Contract Opportunities hosted on beta.SAM.gov website at https://fbohome.sam.gov/ on or about 1/18/2022.

Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
