Description

Amendment 4 updates Section L Addendum to 52.212-1 in red text and adds Attachments L-6 and L-7 for Past Performance data.  For clarification, Attachment L-7 is an alternative document to support Past Performance when CPARs are not available.  These are to be submitted with the proposals as applicable. 

The questions period ended 15 July 2024 and responses to questions received are posted in SAM.

Included in this update are the CDRLs as Exhibit A.

Amendment 2 updates the POC for the Contracting Officer in Section A of the Solicitation.  Amendments 1 & 3 are void

The Naval Air Weapon Center Weapons Division, (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA is issuing this solicitation on a competitive basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition 6.203, Set-Asides for small Business concerns to procure various types of products, manufactured from several different materials, in different forms, shapes, sizes, and complexity. Such products will be procured for rapid delivery, ranging from single item requests to full production quantities, in support of on-going immediate response requirements. Specific technology commodities that will be included under this contract include electronic components and systems, mechanical/fabrication components and systems, energetic materials and components, chemical materials/ and components. Specific service requirements that may be included in this contract are maintenance, repair, installation, various forms of testing, and characterization studies.

Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.
