Rental of Graduation Chairs

Rental of 2,800 white chairs for both the resident graduation in June, and the DDE graduation in July.  Chairs must be white in color, must match, and be in good clean working condition.  Each chair will have a hole to allow water to drain properly.

Task will include the delivery, setup, teardown, and removal of the chairs according to the timeframe below.  Delivery and setup will occur two (2) days prior to both graduations, start time between 7:00-9:00 a.m.  Teardown and removal directly after each graduation, approximately 12:30 p.m.  Delivery and setup of chairs will be according to a specific diagram which will be provided on the date of setup, or can be provided up to 3 days prior, upon request.  Vehicles shall not be driven on the grass.  Soft wheeled dollies and carts can be used to transport chairs between street entrance and set up site.  USAWC personnel will coordinate locations to park delivery trucks.  Quoted price shall include chairs, set up, teardown, removal and transportation costs.
